In the context of an agreement with the job seeker/employee/self-employed professional, for the preparation, conclusion, execution, and termination of (a) possible temporary employment, secondment, or employment contract(s), internship agreement, or assignment agreement.

In the context of an agreement with the client. For the preparation, conclusion, execution, and termination of agreements with clients for recruitment, selection, provision, and/or hiring of job seekers and candidates, (temporary) employees, and self-employed professionals.

Personnel and salary administration.

In the context of an agreement with a supplier. For the preparation, conclusion, execution, and termination of the agreement with suppliers that recruit, select, or provide job seekers, candidates, (temporary) employees, and self-employed professionals to (via) the controller (at the client).

5. With whom may we share your personal data?
Shortlist Nederland may disclose your personal data to suppliers and subcontractors who provide services or carry out assignments on behalf of Shortlist Nederland (processors), government agencies, and other business relations. We also provide data in cases where we are required to do so, for example, by a court order or judgment. Third parties to whom we provide your personal data are responsible for compliance with privacy legislation. Shortlist Nederland is not responsible nor liable for the processing of your personal data by these third parties. To the extent that a third party processes your personal data as a processor of Shortlist Nederland, Shortlist Nederland concludes a processing agreement with such a third party that meets the requirements described in the GDPR.
6. Do we process your data outside the Netherlands?
Your personal data may be transferred outside the Netherlands. Shortlist Nederland has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the transferred personal data is adequately protected.

If you wish to access your complete personal data processing or exercise any of the rights described above, you can contact Shortlist Nederland via info@shortlistnederland.nl. Within one month of receiving a request, we will inform you by email of Shortlist Nederland's position on the request and the action taken or to be taken by Shortlist Nederland. In complex cases, the processing period may be extended by two (2) months. Shortlist Nederland will inform you of such an extension within the first month if applicable.
